CABIN
COMFORT

SURROUNDINGS
The cabin is totally isolated from the exterior, ridding it from sound pollution and any vibrations. Even ventilation means that the interior of the cabin remains clean without any dust. Standard features in the cabin include a radio and USB ports.
MANEOUVERING
One straightforward multi-functional joystick located on the cabin's right side can be used to complete all duties. The user can electronically shift gears, change driving directions, and control the attachment via the multi-functional joystick. Here are also some additional hydraulics that enable the operator to keep his left hand firmly on the steering wheel.
HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
Top quality heaters have been installed in each H580 wheel loader, ensuring a warm and comfortable temperatures in winter whereas the air conditioning is ideal for the hot weather.
FULLY ADJUSTABLE SEAT
Our new Heracles fully adjustable seat, steering wheel and dashboard make working conditions much more comfortable, reducing strain and increasing the operator’s performance.
DASHBOARD
The analog and led dashboard allows the operator to see at a glance if any maintenance is required as well as the overall state of the H580 wheel loader.
PEDALS
Like with all of the H-series wheel loaders, it is very straight forward to operate and drive the H580. The accelerator is on the right and the inch break pedal on the left, making driving the H580 extremely straight forward no matter what the environmental conditions may be.

STABILITY
The H580’s compressed and jointed design gives operators exceptional mobility, allowing them to work in small spaces. Two lifting cylinders increase the weight distribution of the load making the wheel loader even more stable. The H580 wheel loader’s design also enables it to operate stably on tough, unstable ground.
Z-BAR LINKAGE
Digging is enhanced with the Z-Bar linkage design, gives users better visibility and reduces stress on the wheel loader.
QUICK CHANGE SYSTEM
All of our wheel loaders are built with Heracles’ hydraulically powered Quick Change System. Changing attachments can be done quickly and swiftly, allowing users change from one job to another immediately.

HOOD
We have re-designed the rear hood, not just to improve the rear visibility, but also to allow operators to easily open it at 90° and access the engine. The motor’s ventilation has also been bettered with our new hood design.
CAB TILT
Having a tilting cab allows operators to easily access valves and pumps, making it straightforward to replace and fix any pieces of the H580 wheel loader.

ARTICULATED JOINT STRUCTURE
The H580 wheel loader operates with stability on rough terrain and can even be driven up 45° slopes with all wheels on the ground.
BACK VIEW
The rear hood's design and the back view camera allows operators to fully see anything at the rear of the wheel loader including smaller obstacles. Moreover, there are reinforced counterweights that offer an extra later of safety.
